Want a juicy, flavourful pork roast? Place your roast fat side up in your roasting pan and the fat from the rind will baste the meat as it cooks. Our butcher can pre-score the rind for you – simply specify in the special instructions. Please note: this is a special order item. The pork butt is cut from the thicker end of the shoulder where there is more marbling. It is best cooked ‘low & slow’ and very popular for pulled pork.
