PORK BUTT ROAST, BONELESS RIND-ON (pre-order item)

$5.25 per lb

This boneless, rind-on pork butt is cut from the thicker end of the shoulder where there is more marbling. It is best cooked ‘low & slow’ and is very popular for pulled pork. Our butcher can pre-score the rind for you – simply specify in the special instructions. Please note: this is a special order item. Place your order and we will contact you to determine your pickup date.
