The COVID-19 situation has caused a higher demand for larger online orders. This has required us to make changes to operate within the new health guidelines and to maintain sufficient stock levels in our stores. Our current online order system will prompt you upon checkout to choose the next available pick up date. Please note that we have had to limit the amount of pick ups per day to allow sufficient time to fill orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Orders may be delayed, or products may be unavailable, due to reasons beyond our control (i.e. technical issues, shipment delays, etc.).
Ordering large quantities of items for same day pick up could cause delays and every effort will be made to inform you of any expected delays. T-Bones reserves the right to limit quantities in order to maintain sufficient stock levels for all of our customers.

Online Order Payment
We are not currently accepting online payment. Online orders are submitted and then prepared for pick up and payment at the store you select. Payment at the time of pick up can be debit, Mastercard, Visa or T-Bones gift cards. We have temporarily suspended cash transactions.
Some of our products are subject to availability due to weather, seasonal variations and unexpected supplier shortages. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing to reflect changes in market supply.
Website pricing will be updated to reflect specials as advertised in our online flyers. Our sales begin on Wednesdays and run for 2 weeks, ending on the second Tuesday after the start date. Please note that item prices for advertised specials may differ if you are picking up your order after a sale ends.
Product Pricing – Weighted Items
We sell several products that are priced by the pound but may be listed on the website as an approximate price based on average size. The actual weight and price of your item(s) will vary depending on what is available when your order is prepared. If you need a very specific amount of an item, please include the request in the special instructions. The price of weighed item(s) in the store are the final price.
Product Availability and Out-Of-Stock Items
Our website lists items that are generally available at all 5 of our T-Bones locations. However, certain products may not always be available at each location due to several reasons (seasonal, shipment delayed or short on delivery, sold out prior to order being prepared, etc.). When shopping online, you will be asked to select at which store you would like to pick up your order.
Information We Collect from Your Shopping Experience
It is understood by both parties that consuming undercooked seafood or meat products may make you sick. Please make sure you cook all raw meat and seafood products to the correct temperature prior to consuming.
