    This boneless, rind-on pork butt is cut from the thicker end of the shoulder where there is more marbling. It is best cooked ‘low & slow’ and is very popular for pulled pork. Our butcher can pre-score the rind for you – simply specify in the special instructions. Please note: this is a special order item.
