    Favuzzi Basil Pesto is non-pasteurized, preserving the intensity of the beautiful dark green colour typical of Genoese basil, as well as all the aromatic complexity and salty taste of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO. The texture is pleasant, both thick and fluid. You can use Favuzzi Pesto to make tomato and mozzarella sandwiches, summer soups, zucchini or eggplant fritter dips, and  on pizza. 180g

    Ingredients: Genose basil PDO 39%, Extra virgine olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Walnuts, Pecorino PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Pine nuts, Salt, Garlic. Antioxidant : absorbic acid. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: sorbic acid. Contains: Milk, Walnut, Pine nuts. May contain: Tree nuts, Egg protein.

    After opening, cover with oil, refrigerate and use within 10 days.
