Thaw product in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or immerse legs in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Suggested Cooking
These fully cooked legs can be thawed and served, but we recommend the following cooking methods for the optimal dining experience:
STEAM: 2-4 mins
BOIL: 2-4 mins
BAKE: 4-6 mins at 205°C (400°F) oven
Serve it chilled, steam it with lemon butter, or toss into pasta.
