This hearty fish, also known as yellowfin tuna, has a mild taste and firm texture. Great in a poke, seared, grilled or on a salad. Sold frozen 6oz each.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw in fridge overnight before cooking or place sealed package in cold water until tuna is pliable. Cook 2 minutes per side for rare, 3-5 minutes for medium, 5-8 minutes for well-done.
