    A lean roast that is best slow-cooked to tenderize. Cut from Canada AA or higher.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

    Slow cooker: season well, place roast on top of onions in slow cooker, add 1 cup broth, cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.

    Oven: 300F to internal temperature 145F (med), 150-155F (med-well), 160F+ (well-done).
