Delivery & Pickup FAQs

 
What options do your provide for pick up?
You are welcome to pick up and pay for your order at the store you have selected or use our new curbside pick up option. For curbside pick up, simply inform our door greeter that you are here to pick up an online order and they will arrange for one of our team members to bring your order to you without ever needing to enter the store. You will be able to pay with debit, Mastercard, Visa or a TBones Gift Card using a secure wireless payment device at the door.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes! We are offering delivery service in the Kelowna area on set days and expand from there.
What days/times do you deliver?
We are starting with deliveries in the Kelowna area on set days between 9am-5pm. You will see what days are available for delivery when placing your order.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver in the Kelowna area from the bridge to Winfield and the Lower & Upper Mission areas. Please look above to see a map of the areas we deliver to.
Do you deliver to apartments/condos and gated communities?
Yes, we do. Please provide any necessary special instructions upon checkout for the driver to ensure your order can be delivered.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount for delivery service is $50 (before taxes and delivery fee).
How much is the delivery fee?
All orders have a delivery fee of $10.
Why is price of my order an estimate?
The prices quoted at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order total is determined when your order is filled and can vary due to items that are sold by weight and/or the possibility an item ordered online might be sold out when the order is prepared.
Will I be notified that my order is coming soon?
Yes. After you submit your online order, you will receive an automated email confirmation.
Do I need to be there for the delivery?
Yes, someone must be present to receive and pay for the order. If someone isn't present at the time of delivery, your driver will return your items to the store it was prepared at and you will receive an email to let you know how long it will be held for pick up. You can also choose to reschedule the delivery for an additional fee.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive on my scheduled day?
Please contact the store listed in your confirmation email.
What if I receive my order and it is wrong?
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact the store listed in your confirmation email. We appreciate every opportunity to correct any mistakes.
Should I tip the drivers?
Tips are optional and up to you. We always appreciate recognition of our business on Google and Facebook as well.
What are your payment options?
We accept debit, Mastercard, Visa and Tbones Gift Card payments at your door using a secure wireless payment device. We cannot accept cash payments for delivery orders.

Online Ordering Suspended
